Hey, there. We’re super excited to share a preview of a track from our new EP entitled SWP, which will be released online on July 17, 2012. We’ve recorded this music at Bill’s studio Third City Sound in Joliet, Illinois, where we also practice. Colin Larson of Withershins fame engineered the session in November of last year. We think it turned out pretty great.
We’ll be heading out in July on a quick Midwest tour to support the effort. Keep your eyes on the show listings for more details. And while you wait for the new stuff, you can still pick up our first record, self-titled, at iTunes and Bandcamp.
Hugs.

March Madness Continues

So the people who helped us out with our Kickstarter Van fundraising projects are finally receiving their rewards. Check out our good friend Bill Collins from Santa Monica whose showing off the delightful “I Helped Vaudevileins” van t-shirt. Want one? Send us an email at vaudevileins@gmail.com and we’ll work it out. And everyone who helped out is listed here.
Plenty of shows left in March so make sure you find one near you. They are all listed on our shows page.
We also have a new email list where you can sign up to get all Vaudevileins news on a regular basis. We promise we won’t spam you. Just the facts, ma’am. Sign up now at vaudevileins.fanbridge.com.
Hugs and kisses from Vaudevileins camp. We can’t do this without you.
You can hear Vaudevileins on Fearless Radio, a kickass Chicago internet radio station, on Monday, March 12, from 6-7 p.m. CST. We’ll be talking all things Vaudevileins, spinning some tunes, and promoting our show at Ultra Lounge on Thursday night. Listen up, puh-leaze!
In like a lamb, rock like a lion
Winter is a great time to hibernate, and we’ve done just that for most of January and February. Now it’s time to get back out there and play some rock ‘n’ roll, which we plan to do beginning the end of February and all through March. We’re doing a midwest weekend tour of sorts—check the shows page to see if we’re heading your way.
We have also been doing some recording with our good friend Colin Larson from the band Withershins. It sounds amazing—we’re hoping to have it in your ears in digital and other formats before the end of spring.
Finally, we’re wrapping up our Kickstarter project by sending out rewards to all of our donors. In the mean time, check out the impressive list of people who helped us out. Another big thank-you to each and every one of you.
See you soon.
Get the keys. It’s time to take a ride.
In case you didn’t know, and how could you not because you made it happen, we did it!! In fact, YOU did it! Our Kickstarter project to fund our van was successful thanks to all of your support. We can’t begin to tell you how much we appreciate it. It’s been a humbling and special experience to know that we have so many good friends and family that care about us and our musical pursuits.
In the meantime, we have a van to buy and lots of rock ‘n’ roll shows to play. December is going to be busy—check the shows page—as we hit the road and finish recording a three-song EP that we hope to release in the new year.
Hope to see you at a show soon. Have a safe and happy rest of the 2011 year.

Our Kickstarter Van Project is in your hands
Well, here it is. Our Vaudevileins Van Kickstarter Project. We’re using this as a way to help us travel the country playing music and promoting our new record. As our family, friends, and fans, you have provided so much support to us and our various musical projects over the years. We are asking for your help now so we can continue to play our music in exotic locales like Flint, Columbus, New Brunswick, and other towns across America. We are looking to raise $2,000 to help us purchase a van. If you help us reach our goal, we will reward you with fun stuff based on your donation level.
Thank you so much for your help. With any luck, you’ll see us soon in your neck of the woods bringing rock ‘n’ roll in our touring van.

Churning and Burning, Touring and Scoring
Hi folks,
It’s been a long time since this has been updated. Don’t be offended—we still love you. And we’re busy. Trying to tour as much as our day jobs allow us to in support of this little record we love so much. You can get the self-titled Vaudevileins release at Bandcamp, iTunes, and in CD format from us at shows or via email at vaudevileins@gmail.com.
We have lots of shows coming up and we’re planning a small run to the upper Midwest for Milwaukee, Minneapolis and a few other regions. You can get all show details here on our shows page.
Until the next time you see us, enjoy this great shot of Brennen and Jeff boxing in Belleville. We’re proud to say that Brennen boxed everyone of the band and came up 0-3. What a bum!

Our staches won’t give rashes!! Mustache Fest 2011 in just a few short weeks.
New Record and Rock ‘n’ Roll Tour
Our new record is available today! (Insert raucous cheers here.) You are now free to buy this bad boy via iTunes and Bandcamp, if you want those higher quality audio files. For now the CD will only be available at shows or you can e-mail us at vaudevileins@gmail.com and we can discuss mailing one out to you.

We are also leaving for a 10-day tour to promote the record. We start in Philadelphia on Friday, April 22, at the Hard Rock Cafe. Check out the full tour listing on our Shows page.
